Introduction：Blends of Phenolics KA1001 is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid with melting point lower than 0 ℃. This product is stable in nature, easily soluble in benzene, toluene, hexane and other solvents, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. It has characteristics of no pollution, heat-resisting, good water extraction resistance and well compatibility with polymers.

Applications: The Blends of Phenolics KA1001 is an antioxidant composition with low melting point, high boiling point and low viscosity. It is applicable to the long-term aging protection for CIS polybutadiene rubber（BR）, solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber（S-SBR）, emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber（ESBR）, isoprene rubber, natural rubber and other elastomers. This product provides rubber with processing and long-term thermal stability to entrust it excellent Mooney viscosity retention performance and maintenance of stable and lasting appearance color. The recommended dosage is 0.05-1.0%.
